Union's varied menu includes everything from premium Angus steaks and local snapper to freshly made pastas and seafood favourites s you’re bound to find your whole table is delighted. Popular appetizers include the wahoo passionfruit ceviche, grilled Spanish octopus and the steak tartare – served dramatically in a 'smoke dome'. Carnivores will be thrilled by the choice of eight different CAB steaks, including tenderloin, cowgirl, tomahawk, dry-aged ribeye and New York strip. Lovers of seafood can enjoy the ocean platter that celebrates all the sea has to offer, as well as many other fish classics. There’s even a dedicated vegan menu to balance things out.
In addition to scrumptious food, Union also has a master mixologist curating some of the Islands' most innovative cocktails.
